FinalPass collects only the information needed to evaluate iOS launch issues, communicate with prospective clients, and deliver paid services.
What may be collected
Name, email, company details, app details, App Store error messages, technical artifacts, and anything you submit through forms, email, or calls.
How it is used
Information is used to diagnose launch blockers, scope work, communicate about the engagement, and deliver FinalPass Audit, FinalPass Sprint, or FinalPass Launch services.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers directly involved in running the business, such as payments, scheduling, hosting, or form software.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for lead follow-up, engagement records, delivery artifacts, and legal/accounting obligations.
